12 yr old shot for Trick-or-Treating =(

In South Carolina on Friday (Halloween), a 12 year old boy was shot & killed after going to a man's house to "trick-or-treat". The shooter, a 22 year old male, emptied his AK-47, at least 29 shots, into his door after hearing a knock at the door.

He had previously been robbed the year before, so he thought he was getting robbed again. The guy is charged with murder, three counts of assault and battery with intent to kill, and one count of assault with intent to kill.

This is so sad. How the hell can something like this happen? This guy was probably off something or really thought he was going to get robbed again because there's no way your lettin off that many shots through the door without seeing who it is. Tragic how careful we have to be now a days for the simplest things, like trick-or-treating.
