As deeply disappointed as we all are that California voters passed Proposition 8, we must not allow that disappointment to linger. This vote is a temporary defeat in the long march toward equal rights for all citizens in America.

Please join me for a protest rally tonight at 7 pm on San Vicente Blvd between West Hollywood Park and the Pacific Design Center (647 N. San Vicente Blvd. West Hollywood CA 90069) as we move forward towards restoring equality for all in California.

San Vicente Blvd, between Santa Monica Blvd and Melrose Avenue will be closed tonight starting at 6 pm. San Vicente south-bound traffic will be directed to make left or right at Santa Monica Blvd. Signs have already been posted to help divert traffic.

*Marriage should be between man & woman, in my opinion, but at the same time people still should have the right to choose who they want to marry. It should never be a law.

50 Opens Community Garden!

Do-gooder Fiddy Cent has opened up a restored garden in Jamaica, Queens NY. Mr. Jackson & his foundation, G-Unity (corny, huh?) donated $150,000 to develop the children's learning garden.

I think this is wonderful. He's doing more than just talkin shit about every body else in the industry now. Good job Curtis! What a real business man! & I might add he's looking real good right now. Yum!

Thank you to all of you who voted & really made history. This is big, HUGE. Our first African-American President! & who would've thought that this would happen this soon? I'm still in disbelief. It's beautiful how our country came together, in mass numbers to make this happen. I can honestly say after 8 years of being let down by our so called "leader", after being attacked by terrorists, beginning a war, many people losing their lives for this country, gas prices going at a record all time high, and also going into a recession, I am now so proud of my country. I am so proud of the people who contributed to this historic event. I feel safe now. I feel secure. I feel that our country is in the right hands & this man, Barack Obama will take care of us, just like an elected President should.

He has a huge mess to clean up, and it's going to take time people, but I know it's only going to get better.

Thank you again to all of you who seriously put on for this country. I have never been so proud to be an American & to have lived to see this happen.

Lewis Hamilton, the yummiest guy to ever drive a race car has become the youngest Formula 1 driver to win the World Championship.

The 23-year-old Englishman, needing a top-five finish to be champion, only seized fifth place for McLaren-Mercedes again, after losing it, on the final lap of a tense, dramatic and rain-hit Brazilian Grand Prix won by his title rival and local hero Felipe Massa of Ferrari.

As Massa triumphed and then celebrated, briefly, Hamilton caught and passed German Timo Glock of Toyota to turn his day from despair to joy after earlier appearing to have controlled his own race by cruising towards fourth or fifth place.

A late shower of rain then created chaos and saw Hamilton change tyres and fall back to sixth before he made his final desperate charge to recover and claim fifth.

But as he said afterwards Hamilton was not even sure that he had won the title when he finally crossed the line in teeming rain and near-darkness in front of 100,000 spectators at the Interlagos circuit.

"We did it, we did it," he said. "But honestly I did not know if we had when I crossed the line. I was thinking 'shoot!' I am just not sure - have I done enough? Did we get it?

"And they told me and I felt just ecstatic. We had made it. You can forget everything else that has happened before now. This is the best and it was the toughest race of my life.

"I have to thank everyone, my Dad, my family, my fans and supporters back home and the team. It would be great to do it again in the future, but I am not sure if my heart can take that final lap all over again."

His father Anthony Hamilton who has guided his career all the way from junior karting days when they were a poor family from a council estate in Stevenage, England, to the top, said: "This proves to everyone else, like us, that it can be done.

"It has come from 16 years of hard work and dedication and respect."

For some of you who don't know who this fine piece of meat is, he is from over seas and is a race car driver for Vodafone McLaren Mercedes & he belongs to Nicole Scherzinger from the Pussy Cat Dollz. They make such a cute couple, but I think she's the lucky one! Yum!

12 yr old shot for Trick-or-Treating =(

In South Carolina on Friday (Halloween), a 12 year old boy was shot & killed after going to a man's house to "trick-or-treat". The shooter, a 22 year old male, emptied his AK-47, at least 29 shots, into his door after hearing a knock at the door.

He had previously been robbed the year before, so he thought he was getting robbed again. The guy is charged with murder, three counts of assault and battery with intent to kill, and one count of assault with intent to kill.

This is so sad. How the hell can something like this happen? This guy was probably off something or really thought he was going to get robbed again because there's no way your lettin off that many shots through the door without seeing who it is. Tragic how careful we have to be now a days for the simplest things, like trick-or-treating.
