Cops say the 19-year-old:

Stole a van, ditched it and then accidentally left his driver's license inside. Used pinched credit cards to pay his utility bill. He swiped another vehicle and abandoned it near the scene of the crime. The police decided to take stake out the vehicle and were pleasantly surprise when Fields soon returned to reclaim the pilfered auto. Caught red handed, he tried to run, but quickly confessed after being apprehended. "He's not very brilliant," one of Fields' victims noted.

This dumbass is facing 12 felony charges, YES 12! Seriously, if your gonna do some hot sh*t, can ya be a little smarter about it?!

This song is too precious. Little Jesse McCartney has really grown up from his old style of being what I would call a "Teeny-Bopper" to a nice sounding R&B-ish sound. This song reminds me of songs I would listen to when I was in middle school by boy bands like 98 Degrees or O-Town. Nice little love song with a cute little pop beat to it. With Ludacris on it, it broadens the fan base. I loves it.
